GPP is a non-specialized training program that serves as the foundation of strength and aerobic capacity, it’s the base upon which sport specific skills are built. During this phase of training the athlete works on building the training aspects that their sport specific program neglects. Because of its broad fitness adaptation GPP is a great way to improve work capacity, overall health and fitness for the general population. So, you don’t have to be a professional athlete to train like one.

The goal of this programming style is to optimize competence in all the different general skills such as cardiovascular/ respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Making you a well rounded and more fit individual.
