General Physical Preparedness

At L.I.T., we have the experience needed to take your physical training to the next level. If you are just starting and seeking to increase your strength, range of motion and flexibility or training for a Powerlifting Meet, we can design a program to put you on the road to success. Working with a personal trainer will ensure that you are using proper form and the right exercises to help you reach your goals. Yoga can be enjoyed and incorporated into all fitness plans, for yoga offers health benefits that spread beyond tactical training or heavy weightlifting. Make an appointment for one on one personal Yoga or join our online class! Mothers and mothers-to-be can benefit significantly from LIT Yoga’s prenatal and postnatal program. Our yoga instructors are specially trained to support and guide both your growing and healing body. Allow L.I.T. Tactical Training

L.I.T. Fitness is proud to be combat veteran-owned, and tactical training is something we know very well. Tactical fitness is not purely working out for the sake of closing your Apple watch rings or burning a particular portion of fat. No, tactical fitness is much more than working out; it’s a movement program made to carry over into real life. From crawls to runs and from swims to rucks: expect the unexpected. Tactical training incorporates analytical and critical thinking along with non-traditional equipment to carry weights not equally balanced — just like in real-world situations. L.I.T. Fitness will train you to perform and think under pressure. One day you may be in a situation where you or someone else’s life depends on it.

Virtual Training

If 2020 taught us anything, it is to be prepared for any situation. At L.I.T. fitness, we understand that you may not be able to get to the gym every day for training. For example, you might travel for work or have a demanding at-home schedule that does not permit you to get away on a routine basis. That is why we offer virtual training. Connect with our trainers from anywhere you have an internet connection. Virtual training is the next best thing to being in the gym. For $250/month, you can have:

Personal Training

If you are looking for personal training, L.I.T. is your go-to source. From one-on-one personal training sessions to small group or buddy sessions, create the plan and pricing that works best for your schedule and budget. We offer single sessions and monthly packages. Personal training sessions can be purchased in 30 or 55-minute increments.
